OrenjSwit's Terms of Service - COMMISSION WORK

I. Basic Terms
1. By ordering this commission, the client confirms that they are already over the age of seventeen and agrees with the Terms of Service.2. The client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before work begins. Sending references for any poses the client would like is also encouraged, they can even draw a stick figure for that if you want to.3. Prices
• Base Sketch (Full-body) with Flat Colors: $35

Backgrounds cost an additional $10. This does not apply on rendered pieces.
Additional characters cost fifty percent (50%) of the chosen commission type.4. I have the right to decline the commission based on the subject matter or my availability.5. If the character for the commission comes from a third party I would require full-proof consent from the original owner of the character and have them personally contact me through Twitter, Discord, or Instagram.6. The artist may stream the client's commission artwork, unless the client specify to the artist that they do not wish for it to be streamed and/ or you want to remain anonymous.II. Image Copyright
1. I, the artist, retain the full and exclusive right to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.2. I own the right to use my artwork for online publication on social media websites (example: Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr) unless agreed otherwise by both sides the client and the artist.3. The client has my permission to repost the commission per their satisfaction, as long as proper credit (@_orenj or a link to my profile) is given and my watermark/signature is intact.4. All commission artwork is for non-commercial purposes only. Using them as merchandise or as promotional material for a product, or as goods is prohibited. If the client has a question about this, the client can ask via Twitter, Discord, or Instagram.5. Usage of commission artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.III. Content Restrictions
1. I will create content that are either original characters, any species, and limited amount of blood.2. I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.3. Specific restrictions include but are not limited to mechs, explicit adult content, underage characters, excessive muscles, gore, licensed characters, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures the I may not be able to portray authentically.4. If the client has a concept that is not included in the list above, the client may ask the artist if they are comfortable drawing such a concept.IV. Timeline and Process
1. Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 1 month depending on the project. Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.2. During the sketch phase, I will send 3 sketches to the client, where change requests, up to 3 times, can be made until approved on a final sketch.3. Once the final sketch is approved, I am going to do a preliminary coloring pass on the commission and ask the client whether it meets the satisfaction.4. When the client approves the final sketch and color, their decision cannot be changed afterwards. I will work on the client’s commission until it is completed.5. At the end of the process, the client will receive both full resolution, watermark-free .png file and the watermarked one through Google Drive, unless requested otherwise. No physical artwork will be sent.6. If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, I will inform the client.7. If there are any major corrections when the sketch phase has passed, additional fees will be requested.V. Payment Information
1. Payment is made via Paypal invoices. I accept both United States Dollar (USD) or Philippine Peso (PHP) as payment currency, preferably the latter. If the client chooses to pay in Philippine Peso, be sure to convert it first as a balance transfer.2. The client must pay a fifty percent (50%) down payment upfront, and the rest of the payment will be after the commission is finished.3. Regarding canceling the client’s order, a full refund may only be offered before I start working on the commission. There is no full refund after I finish the sketch.VI. Contact and Information
1. Discussion of commission details can be conducted via Twitter, Discord, or Instagram.2. Only one representative will be responsible for communication for ease of agreement and decisions in case of multiple clients on a single commission.3. I will provide any updates within a maximum of 2 days intervals.
